Visas for you, your family and your team

Every resident in the UAE needs the right visa, and every visa has its own sponsor rules, documents and steps. We prepare and follow up applications with the ICP, GDRFA Dubai and MOHRE, so you know what is needed before anything is submitted.

We handle new visas, renewals, cancellations and status changes for individuals, families and companies, including the medical fitness test and Emirates ID steps that come with them.

Employing staff? Your company needs an active licence and establishment card first. See Trade licence and PRO services.

Visas we handle

  • Employment visas for mainland and free zone companies
  • Family and partner visas for spouses, children and parents
  • Investor and partner visas for company owners
  • Golden visas for eligible investors, entrepreneurs and professionals
  • Freelancer and remote work visas
  • Domestic worker visas
  • Student and retirement residence
  • Visit visas and multi-entry visas
  • Visa renewal, cancellation and change of status
  • Overstay fines and status checks

Who this service is for

  • Residents sponsoring their family
  • Companies hiring new staff or renewing existing visas
  • Business owners and investors applying for their own residence
  • Professionals checking Golden visa eligibility
  • Visitors who need a visit visa or an extension

Eligibility depends on the sponsor's income, licence or investment, and on the applicant's documents. We check this before you pay any government fee.

Documents usually required

For most residence visas:

  • Applicant's passport copy, valid for the required period
  • Recent passport-size photograph
  • Sponsor's passport, visa and Emirates ID copies
  • Proof of address in the UAE (Ejari or tenancy contract)

Depending on the visa type, we may also ask for:

  • Attested marriage or birth certificates (family visas)
  • Salary certificate or employment contract
  • Trade licence and establishment card (company sponsor)
  • Proof of investment, property or qualifications (Golden visa)

How it works

  1. Eligibility check: we confirm the right visa and the sponsor requirements.
  2. Documents: we review your documents and arrange attestation or translation if needed.
  3. Entry permit: we apply for the entry permit or change of status.
  4. Medical and biometrics: we book the medical fitness test and Emirates ID appointment.
  5. Residence: the residence visa and Emirates ID are issued, and we send you copies.

Timeline and fees

  • Processing time depends on the visa type, the authority and the medical and biometrics appointments.
  • Applications with complete, attested documents move fastest.
  • We give you an expected timeline in writing before we start.
Fees: quote on request. We confirm our service fee in writing after a short consultation. Government and authority charges are listed separately in the same quote, and nothing starts until you approve it.

UAE visas FAQs

Can I sponsor my family on my residence visa?

Usually yes, if you meet the income and housing requirements set by the authorities. We check your eligibility before applying.

Who can apply for a Golden visa?

Eligible investors, entrepreneurs, skilled professionals, outstanding students and some other categories. We review your situation and tell you which route fits.

Do I need a medical test for a residence visa?

Most residence visas need a medical fitness test in the UAE. We book the appointment for you.

What happens if my visa expires?

Overstay fines start after the grace period. Contact us early and we will renew, change status or cancel as needed.

Do my documents need attestation?

Certificates issued outside the UAE, such as marriage and birth certificates, usually need attestation. See our Attestation & translation service.

Government rules, fees and processing times are set by the relevant UAE authorities and can change without notice. Final approvals rest with the relevant government authority.
